Mindfulness Programs

NC Yogi offers a host of mindfulness programs for corporations and organizations. These include one-time workshops, ongoing 4, 8, and 12-week programs, as well as ongoing weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly sessions.

Our programs are made of a combination of meditative and breathing techniques, aimed at reducing stress and increasing focus. The methods we use, had been proven(*) to increase the participants' well-being as well as their productivity.
