Sarah Pountain

Sarah graduated from the renowned Asheville Yoga School in NC. Her dream is for every “body” to benefit from the transformative power of Yoga and help create a higher level of comfort and ease in your everyday life.

Sarah truly believes that Yoga is a great way to counter the effects of our busy and stressful lives. By moving with mindfulness and an open heart, Yoga can set your mind and body free to breathe, move and live! The intention of her classes is to make Yoga accessible to all and to help you to feel well inside and out. As a qualified Bodywork therapist, gentle adjustments and modifications are also offered to enhance your practice.

Sarah moved to Cary in 2011 and loves the town and the vibrant Yoga community within it. Sarah is grateful and excited to be involved with NCYogi and can't wait to meet you on the mat and share her love of Yoga with you.
